Q1: How can I pay the registration fee?

A1: Registration fees are 1,500 RMB for faculty and 800 RMB for students/postdocs. Payment options:
Scan the QR code available at the registration desk
Pay in cash on-site

Q2: Which hotel should I go to for registration?

A2:

Registration: All attendees must check in at New Era Hotel first.

Accommodation:

• PhD students will stay at Nanyuan Hotel (on Gulou Campus)

• Postdocs will be assigned to Nanyuan Hotel, though some may stay at New Era due to limited availability
Staff will assist with directions to Nanyuan Hotel after registration.

Q2: 会议网站列有两家酒店，应前往何处注册？

A2:

注册报到：全体参会人员请先至新纪元酒店办理手续

住宿安排：

• 博士生统一入住鼓楼校区内的南苑宾馆

• 博士后原则上安排在南苑宾馆，部分可能入住新纪元（视房源情况）
完成注册后，工作人员将引导需入住南苑的参会者前往

3、Due to the limitations of the grant funding, a registration fee (1500 RMB for faculty members and 800 RMB for students and postdoctors) is required, which includes daily meals and the conference banquet.
