刘公祥，男，1979年6月出生于安徽定远。2000年7月毕业于安庆师范学院数学系获得学士学位， 2005年6月毕业于浙江大学数学系获得理学博士学位。现为南京大学数学系教授、博士生导师。2015年获霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师奖， 2016年在国际 Hopf 代数会议上做大会报告，2017年获国家自然科学基金委优秀青年基金支持，2018年获江苏省数学会杰出成就奖， 2019年组织国际 Hopf 代数会议。
